Turnstar Half-Year Results Show Modest Growth

Turnstar Holdings Reports Steady Half-Year Performance

Turnstar Holdings, a prominent multinational property investment group, has announced its financial results for the half-year ending July 31, 2025. The company, known for its extensive real estate portfolio including Gaborone’s Game City Mall, reported a modest increase in rental income.

Rental Income Sees Slight Increase

During the reporting period, Turnstar Holdings recorded a 0.6 percent rise in rental income, reaching P174.0 million. This figure compares to P173.0 million reported in the previous corresponding period. The company attributes this consistent performance to strong tenant occupancy rates across its key markets.

Stable Occupancy Drives Growth

Turnstar Holdings highlighted stable tenant occupancy in both Botswana and Tanzania as a primary factor contributing to its sustained financial results. The consistent demand for their commercial properties in these regions has helped underpin the slight growth in rental income. This stability underscores a resilient property market in the areas where Turnstar operates.
